Indications :

• Dermatophytosis (ringworm: Microsporum, Trichophyton spp.)
  
• Systemic mycoses: Aspergillosis, Blastomycosis, Coccidioidomycosis, Cryptococcosis, Histoplasmosis 
  
• Malassezia dermatitis and yeast infections 
  
• Sporotrichosis, Pythiosis, and other deep fungal infections
